About the academy
College of Aviation & Technology (CAT) began its first academic year in 2015/2016 under Kuwait's Ministry of Higher Education-Private Universities Council. It partners with the University of Highlands and Islands' Perth College and Air Service Training (AST) in Scotland to deliver aircraft maintenance engineering diplomas meeting EASA Part-66 requirements.
